In residential districts, only passenger cars, sports utility vehicles and trucks with a gross weight of less than 15,000 pounds may be parked or stored overnight provided such trucks are used solely by the occupant(s) of such premises.
A handicapped equipped motor vehicle, with a gross weight not to exceed 12,000 pounds, may be parked or stored overnight in a residential district provided such vehicle is used solely by the occupant(s) of such premises, and if such vehicle displays a temporary removable windshield placard or license plate denoting walking impaired status, issued pursuant to Chapter 4503 of the Ohio Revised Code by the Ohio Registrar of Motor Vehicles.
