No person shall stand or park a vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a police officer, in any driveway of premises on which a building housing more than two families is located, nor within twenty feet of such building in any court yard, side yard or rear yard of such premises, except for the purpose and during the time reasonably necessary for loading or discharging merchandise or passengers.
