No person shall drive or operate any automobile or other vehicle over or across any private property in order to avoid compliance with traffic signals at street intersections without first obtaining the consent of the person or persons in charge or control of such private property and without bringing such vehicle to a full stop before again entering the street or highway beyond such street or intersection.
