(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(b) The imposition of any penalty shall not preclude.
(1) The Building Commissioner, or his or her designee, from issuing a warning notice to correct said violations within a reasonable amount of time and if said violations are not corrected then implement a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second offense, and seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each subsequent offense thereafter.
(2) The Director of Law from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain, correct or abate a violation or to require compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
(c) Each day such violation or failure to comply exists shall constitute a separate offense.
