180.01 POSITION CREATED.

There is hereby created the office of Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief of Staff shall be a full-time position as defined in Section 167.01.
