(a) A fence, a minimum of six (6) feet in height, shall be erected around the base of the structure so as to protect the safety of all people in and around the antenna.
(b) Landscaping or other screening must be sufficient to preclude visibility of the antenna from the first floor of abutting properties and shall be approved by the Planning Commission and completed before final approval of the antenna installation.
(c) No lettering, numerals, symbols, pictorial signs or designs shall be permitted on any surface on the antenna.
