(a) No telecommunications facility or satellite dish shall be erected in any front or side yard or within fifteen (15) feet of any lot line.
(b) No satellite dish of five (5) feet or greater in size shall be erected on the roof top of any building.
(c) No antenna shall be hard wired to equipment not located on the same lot or premises as the antenna.
(d) No telecommunications facility shall be permitted in any residential area.
