No person, firm or corporation shall erect a telecommunications tower or antenna support structure without first obtaining a Conditional Use Permit as provided in Chapter 1124 of the Planning and Zoning Code and complying with the provisions of this chapter. The replacement or addition of antennas and related communications equipment on existing towers and within existing compounds shall not require an additional Conditional Use Permit, but may be approved and permitted as provided herein by the Building Commissioner with the concurrence of the City Engineer.
