Solar Energy Facilities shall be designed, erected, installed, operated, and/or maintained only in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Chapter. A Building Permit and Electrical Permit shall be required prior to the erection, installation, connection, or operation of any Solar Energy Facility. Applicants shall provide written evidence that the power company has been informed of and approved the intent to install a Solar Energy Facility at the subject site.
