The position of Assistant Director of the Department of Civic and Senior Affairs for the City of Warrensville Heights is hereby created. The position of Assistant Director shall be full- time as defined in Section 167.01.
(a) The appointment to such position shall be made by the Mayor and said Assistant Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(b) The Assistant Director shall perform such duties as the Mayor and Director of Civic and Senior Affairs shall assign and prescribe for the office.
