1356.08 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF DEMOLITION PERMIT.

The period of a demolition permit is independent of the effective permit of permits issued as expressed in Chapter 1333. If, after a demolition permit has been issued, the operation called for it is not begun within six (6) months of the date thereof and completed in one (1) year, such permit shall be become null and void.
