1356.07 FEES AND BONDS.
   (a)   Demolition Permit(s) Fees: Demolition fees are charged to cover the costs of permit reviews, pre-and post-demolition site inspections. The permit fee for a demolition project has been established to be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for administration base fee plus ten cents (0.10) per square feet (minimum one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00)). For Residential properties add one percent (1%) state charge and Commercial properties add three percent (3%) state charge.
   (b)   Surety Permit Bond: No person shall be permitted to move or raise any building from its foundation without approval from the Building Department. Before any permit is issued, the applicant must furnish a Surety Permit Bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) guaranteeing the compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the City, and the Ohio Building and Residential Codes and naming the City of Warrensville Heights as an additional insured.
   (c)   Certificate of Insurance: No person shall be permitted to move or raise any building from its foundation without approval from the Building Department. Before any permit is issued, the applicant must furnish a Certificate of Insurance showing the contractor is carrying public liability insurance with a coverage of at least five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) policy limits for personal injury and property damage insurance with coverage of at least three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) limits with the City of Warrensville Heights named as additional insured.
