The Director of Civic and Senior Affairs shall supervise the development, implementation and management of programs for City residents and the City’s civic and cultural groups in conjunction with the operation of the City’s Civic/Senior Center. Subject to the direction and approval of the Mayor, the Director shall:
(a) Oversee all functions at the Civic/Senior Center for residents of all age groups.
(b) Develop and implement programs for the participation and enjoyment of City residents.
(c) Develop and implement programs that deal with the needs of specific groups within the City, such as needs of the elderly and young people of the City.
(d) Direct or bring together individuals willing to donate their time or services in helping others within the City.
(e) Such other duties as the Mayor may assign and prescribe for the office.
