1305.05 APPEALS.

Appeals regarding interpretation of the Residential Code of Ohio or from any decision or order of the Building Commissioner shall be referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals pursuant to the provisions of Section 1129.10 of the City's Codified Ordinances.
