1305.04 INTERPRETATION AND CONFLICT.

(a) Wherever titles, words and phrases are used in the Residential Code of Ohio, such terms shall be construed to mean equivalent officer, word or phrase applicable to the City of Warrensville Heights.

(b) In the event of a conflict between any provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio and any provisions of the Ohio Building Code, the more restrictive provisions shall control.
