No principal building shall be erected with a height in excess of fifty (50) feet. Chimneys, flagpoles, towers and other permitted appurtenances located upon or constituted as an integral part of a main building, may be erected above the height limits, but are limited to a height not exceeding sixty-five (65) feet above the finished grade.
