1135.02 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses may be permitted in a Class U-3 District provided that they first obtain a Conditional Use Permit:
   (a)   Churches.
   (b)   Public Utility Facilities.
   (c)   Community Centers, Parks, and Playgrounds.
