151.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint twelve residents of the City to be members of the Memorial Day Commission and to perform any and all duties incumbent upon them to properly commemorate the occasion of the day. The Mayor is further authorized to appoint, among the twelve residents, a chairman.
