149.04 FEE.

Grantees of permits for professional boxing or wrestling exhibitions shall pay to the Director of Finance a fee equal to the admissions tax as provided for in Title Nine, Chapter 191 hereof, and all provisions of such chapter, including exemptions, shall apply to such fee.
