147.02 CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

Appointment to the position of Director of Public Service shall be made by the Mayor. No such appointment shall become effective until it is confirmed by Council. The appointment shall be for such period of time and under such conditions as may be determined at the time of the appointment, and such appointee shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
