145.08 HOUSING INSPECTORS.
   (a)    The positions of Housing Inspectors are hereby created.
   (b)    Appointments to such positions shall be made by the Mayor, subject to the approval of Council. Such appointments shall be for such period of time and under such conditions as may be determined by the Mayor.
