145.06 ASSISTANT BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND HOUSING INSPECTOR.

   (a)    The position of Assistant Building Commissioner and Housing Inspector is hereby created.

   (b)    The appointment to such position shall be made by the Mayor, subject to the approval of Council. Such appointment shall be for such period of time and under such conditions as may be determined by the Mayor.
