(a) A fee schedule for inspections at child daycare facilities, foster homes and other state or county required special annual inspections performed by the Fire Department is established as follows:

Child daycare and foster homes caring for eleven and fewer children | $25.00 |
Child daycare and foster homes caring for twelve or more children | 50.00 |
Other state or county required special/annual inspections, where the occupant load is forty-nine or fewer | 25.00 |
Other agency or county required special/annual inspections, where the occupant load is fifty or more | 50.00 |
(b) The Fire Department is hereby authorized and directed to collect inspection fees in accordance with the schedule in subsection (a) hereof.
