(a) Council adopts the "City of Warrensville Heights Credit Card Policy and Procedures", a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

(b) Ordinance Number 2019-032 is hereby amended by replacing the Exhibit A with the revised City of Warrensville Heights Credit Card Policy and Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A in order to update the list of authorized employees and the name of the policy.
