Parking areas and walkways, which are intended to be used during non-daylight hours, shall be properly illuminated to provide for safety. Sources of light for illumination of buildings or grounds shall be shielded so that the light source is not directly visible from residential property and light spillage at the property line shall not be greater than 0.1 footcandles and shall be installed in conformance with a lighting plan approved by the Planning Commission. Light poles shall not extend more than thirty (30) feet in height above the finished grade of the parking area or walkway.
