(a) A fee schedule for inspections performed by the Fire Department is established as follows:

Fifth and subsequent false alarms in a calendar year | 200.00 |

(b) The Fire Department is hereby authorized and directed to collect inspection fees in accordance with the schedule in subsection (a) hereof.
