The purpose of this Chapter is to preserve the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City regarding the installation of small cell facilities and wireless support structures in the public way of the City, to protect the integrity of the residential and historic locations, and to ensure that access to and occupancy or use of public ways for small cell facilities in such districts is technologically and aesthetically appropriate.
