917.09 SCAVENGING.

(a) No person, firm or corporation may scavenge or remove rubbish stored for collection from any tree lawn or collection point, unless it is on the tree lawn abutting his, her or its property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
