City refuse and garbage collectors are not permitted to enter any house, garage or other building in making collections. If, in collecting refuse and garbage, the collector shall use the driveway of the householder, he shall do so in a careful manner so as not to injure lawns or property outside the limits of the driveway. Such collector is not authorized by the City to drive upon the driveway of any householder for the purpose of collecting refuse or garbage therefrom, and the City shall not be responsible for any damages caused by such collector in so doing.
