917.011 RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Director of Public Service is authorized to adopt rules and regulations for receptacles to provide for uniform types of receptacles. All owners shall assure that occupants comply with this requirement. (Ord. 2016-037. Passed 2-16-16.)
