141.16 EXECUTIVE SAFETY ADVISOR.

   (a)    There is hereby created the position of Executive Safety Advisor to the Police Department.

   (b)    The appointment to such position shall be made by the Mayor subject to the approval of Council. The Advisor shall hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor.

   (c)    The Executive Safety Advisor of the Police Department shall perform such duties as the Mayor and Chief of Police assign and prescribe for the office.
