141.13 DETECTIVE BUREAU.

(b) The Chief of Police is authorized to assign such number of regular members of the Department to serve in the Detective Bureau as he deems necessary, one of whom shall be designated as Officer in Charge. Members of the Bureau shall perform such duties as assigned by the Police Chief.
