(a) The position of Dispatcher Clerk for the City is hereby created.
(b) The positions of full-time and part-time Dispatcher and Dispatcher Trainee for the City are hereby created.
(c) Appointment to the positions of Dispatcher Clerk, full-time and part-time Dispatcher and Dispatcher Trainee shall be made by the Director of Public Safety.
(d) The Dispatcher Clerk shall perform such duties as the Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Police assign and prescribe for the office.
(e) A full-time Dispatcher shal1 perform such duties as the Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Police assign and prescribe for the office.
(f) A part-time Dispatcher shall perform such duties as the Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Police assign and prescribe for the office.
(g) The time of employment and hours to be worked are to be determined by the Mayor or the Chief of Police.
