141.10 PROBATIONARY NATURE OF RESERVE POLICE APPOINTMENTS.
   In the event of the appointment of any person as a reserve policeman, pursuant to provisions of this chapter, such appointment shall be deemed to be for a probationary period of one year and no such appointment shall be deemed final until such appointee has satisfactorily served his probationary period and the appointment has been made final by the action of the Director of Public Safety, subject to general regulations prescribed by Council by ordinance. Such appointee may at any time within such one year probationary period be removed from office by action of the Director of Public Safety, subject to general regulations prescribed by Council by ordinance.
