141.05 UNIFORMS.

All regular members of the Police Department, while on active duty as members of the Department, are hereby required to wear police uniforms prescribed by the Director of Public Safety, such uniforms to be purchased through a uniform allowance. Such uniforms shall be and remain the property of the member of the Department.
