(a) Purpose of Tax. To provide funds for the purposes of general municipal functions of the Municipality and for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping, improving and operating community facilities known as the City of Warrensville Heights Towncenter, there shall be and is hereby levied a tax on Municipal Taxable Income
(b) Tax Rate. An annual tax for the purposes specified in division (a) of this section shall be imposed on and after July 1, 2009 at the rate of two and six tenths percent (2.60%) per year upon the Municipal Taxable Income.
