(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to levy and receive the following charges for service requests and copies of City records:

(9) Town Plan and Zoning Map | 25.00 |
(10) Bond forms | 8.00 |
(11) Transcript of assessments per parcel | 8.00 |
(12) Computation and certification of split assessment | 8.00 |
(13) Copies of police reports | .10 |
(14) Copies of fire reports | .10 |
(15) Ordinances and resolutions | 5.00 per page |
(16) Copy of Charter | 30.00 |
(17) Miscellaneous xerox copies (not City records) | 5.00 per page |
(b) There shall be a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for any check returned to the City for insufficient funds, closed account or stopped payment.
