(a) There is hereby created the position of student-trainee for the City in conjunction with the Cooperative Office Education program of the Warrensville Heights Board of Education.

(b) The student-trainees shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Mayor and they shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(c) The student-trainees shall receive compensation for their services.
