131.04 MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Maintenance Custodian of the City Hall.
   (b)   The Maintenance Custodian shall be appointed by the Mayor, serve under the direct supervision of the Mayor and shall perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Mayor, and he shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
