131.02 MAYOR’S SECRETARY.
   (a)   The position of Mayor’s Secretary for the City is hereby established.
(Ord. 1967-42. Passed 3-28-67.)
   (b)   Appointment to such position shall be made by the Mayor. Such appointment shall be for such period of time and under such conditions as may be determined at the time of the appointment and shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(Ord. 1969-200. Passed 12-2-69.)
