123.03 MINUTES OF MEETINGS.

The minutes of all public bodies referred to in Section 123.01 shall be recorded and subsequent to their approval shall be open to the public for inspection. Minutes of executive sessions of public bodies need only reflect the general subject matter of discussion in such executive session.
