143.15 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION DETECTION AND MITIGATION PROGRAM.
   EDITOR’S NOTE: The City of Warrensville Heights adopts the Policy/Procedure for Identity Theft Prevention, Detection and Mitigation Program (“Program”) attached to Resolution 2009-049, as required by the Rules, which will be implemented by the Fire Department of the City. The Fire Chief shall be the official within the administration responsible for oversight, ongoing development, implementation and administration of the program. (Res. 2009-049. Passed 9-1-09.)
