To receive final inspection and acceptance of any project, or portion thereof, the requirements of this Section must be completed and provided to the City Engineer. In the case of subdivisions, final inspection and acceptance must be granted by the City Engineer before the City of Warrensville Heights accepts the final plat of the proposed subdivision.
(a) Final stabilization must be achieved to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
(b) All permanent stormwater management practices must be installed and made functional, as determined by the City Engineer and per the approved Stormwater Management Plan.
(c) All stormwater basins must be to the size, depth and volume approved on the Stormwater Management Plan. Any sediment accumulated in the basins during construction must be properly removed.
(d) An As-Built Certification, including a Survey and Inspection, must be sealed, signed and dated by a Professional Engineer and a Professional Surveyor with a statement certifying that the stormwater management practices, as designed and installed, meet the requirements of the Stormwater Management Plan approved by the City Engineer. In evaluating this certification, the City Engineer may require the submission of a new set of stormwater practice calculations if he/she determines that the design was altered from the approved Stormwater Management Plan.
