923.05 ESTABLISHMENT OF DESIGNATED WATERCOURSES.

Watercourses established by this chapter are those which are consistent with the listed definition of “stream” and are indicated on at least one of the following:

(a) USGS Topographical Map.

(b) The latest edition of the official Soil Survey of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USDA, NRCS. (Ord. 2007-140. Passed 9-18-07.
