The City of Warrensville Heights requires payment of a professional services deposit to offset the costs associated with plan review and field inspection associated with erosion and sediment control and stormwater management. The fee will cover the professional services of the City Engineer and any other professional the City deems necessary to complete a thorough plan review and construction site field inspection. The professional services deposit must be paid in full to the Building Department before any stormwater management plan or stormwater pollution prevention plan will be reviewed or approved. The amount of the fee paid must be in accordance with Chapter 1333 Permit Fees.
