(a) All development areas are subject to inspections by the City to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3 and to ensure that in general, a diligent effort is being made to provide adequate erosion and sediment control in accordance with the Stormwater Design Guide.
(b) If an external inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3, the City will distribute a status report to the applicant and may take action as authorized by this regulation.
