(a) This regulation requires that a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan be developed and implemented for any site in which the disturbed area is one acre or more in size and on which any regulated activity of Section 921.01 is proposed. The disturbed area shall include disturbed area for any larger common plan of development or sale.
(b) If the disturbed area is less than one acre and is not part of a larger common plan of development or sale which disturbs one acre or more, the applicant may submit an Abbreviated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan instead of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, as referenced in Section 921.09.
(c) Activities disturbing 1/10th or less of an acre are not required to submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or an Abbreviated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, unless required by the City Engineer. These activities must comply with all other provisions of this regulation.
