915.01 CONNECTIONS TO PUBLIC SEWERS AND WATER LINES; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No house sewer or other sewer or water line shall be constructed to connect with a public sewer or water line, nor shall any connection be made to a public sewer or water line within the Municipality, except by a person licensed by the Municipality or the City of Cleveland to do such work.
