533.17 PERSONS PROHIBITED FROM PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES.
   (a)   As used in this section:
      (1)   “Registered offender” means any person who is required to register pursuant to the terms of Sections 2950.04 through 2950.06 of the Ohio Revised Code as the same may be amended from time to time.
      (2)   “Sexually oriented offense” has the same meaning as found in Section 2950.01(D) of the Ohio Revised Code.
      (3)   “Sexual predator” has the same meaning as found in Section 2950.01(E) of the Ohio Revised Code.
      (4)   “Sexually violent predator” has the same meaning as found in Section 2950.01(H) of the Ohio Revised Code.
      (5)   “Child-victim oriented offense” has the same meaning as found in Section 2950.01(S) of the Ohio Revised Code.
      (6)   “Habitual child-victim offender” has the same meaning as found in Section 2950.01(T) of the Ohio Revised Code.
      (7)   “Park facilities” includes all land and buildings owned or controlled by the City of Warrensville Heights and used for park or recreation purposes including, but not limited to, the Green Road Park, The Civic and Senior Center, and all other City parks, park pavilions, and appurtenances thereto.
      (8)   “Public body” has the same meaning as found in Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (b)   No registered offender convicted of a sexual oriented offense or a child-victim oriented offense who has also been classified as a sexual predator, sexually violent predator or habitual child-victim offender shall enter or remain upon any park facilities except, and only to the extent necessary, to attend meetings of public bodies.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor of the first degree, as provided in Section 541.05 of the Codified Ordinances.
