109.06 DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES IN CITY EMPLOYMENT.

The City shall prohibit all of the discriminatory practices as set forth in this chapter in all its departments, divisions, boards and commissions as well as the commission of such discriminatory practices by any City officials, their agents, or employees acting for or on behalf of the City.
